1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You provide an intervals.icu API key so we can read your training data on your behalf; you may revoke it in intervals.icu at any time.
3. Dependence on intervals.icu
The Service relies on data synced from intervals.icu. We are not affiliated with intervals.icu and are not responsible for its availability or the accuracy of data it provides. Your use of intervals.icu is governed by their own terms.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no automated abuse beyond the documented API and your own rate limits.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of predictions or recommendations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (including under Swedish consumer law).
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
